Playset Description and Pricing

1. (THE SIERRA)	Call For Price	4x4 Closed in playhouse w/windows, wooden roof, 2 ft uncovered porch, 8ft slide, 1 glider swing, and an outside ladder.
2. (THE HIDEOUT)	Call For Price	4x4 Closed in playhouse w/windows, wooden roof, 2 ft uncovered porch, 8ft slide, tire swing, and outside ladder.
3. (THE BUDD)	Call For Price	4x4 Open playset w/picket railing for safety, wooden roof, 10ft slide, climbing wall, 2 swings.
4. (THE ARIZONA)	Call For Price	4x4 playhouse w/windows, an additional 3ft of front porch overhang for a total of 7ft, Ondura roofing (Colors – Gray, Black, White, Green, Blue, Red, Brown, and Tan). The bottom will be enclosed w/window. Stairs will be put in on the bottom half to gain access to the top half. 10ft wave slide, 1 swing.
5. (THE RALEIGH)	Call For Price	4x4 playhouse w/windows, an additional 3ft of front porch overhang for a total of 7ft. Ondura roofing (Colors – Gray, Black, White, Green, Blue, Red, Brown, Tan). The bottom half will be enclosed with railing and balusters, stairs will be put in on the bottom half to gain access to the top half. 10ft wave slide, 1 swing.

12. (THE COLE)	Call For Price	This is 8 x 8 playset, 5x8 is enclosed house, 3x8 covered porch, includes 8' wave slide, two swings, and a ramp walk.
13. (THE RETREAT)	Call For Price	This is a basic swing set, 14ft swing bar, 3 – commercial grade swings. There is plenty of room for other attachments as well.
14. (THE AUSTIN)	Call For Price	This is our largest playset in total the playset is over 24 ft in length - it has 1- 6x8 porch, 1-10x8 playhouse, 1 – 4 x 8 covered porch. Has several windows, with wooden roof. 1- 14ft wave slide, 2 – commercial grade swings, and a walk way ramp leading up to the house.
15. (THE MOLLY)	Call For Price	This is a 4’x4’ playhouse it has a 3’x 4’ covered porch for a total of 7’. The walls are 5’ in height and will include windows with shutters and a door.
16. (THE MICHELLE)	Call For Price	This is a 6’ x 8’ playhouse, 5’x 6’ is enclosed house, 3’ x 6’ covered porch, walls are 5’ in height with roof attached 6.5’ to 7’, sits on a wooden base/foundation, ondura roofing, flower boxes (optional), entry door, shutters, trim.

Attachments that are available for your playset are swings, baby swings, climbing wall, tire swings, disc swing, trapeze, safety handles, cargo nets, ship wheel, several different style and size slides, monkey bars, periscope, punching bag, telescope

Each of the play sets can be changed to your specification and liking. If there is a play set that you have seen in a magazine or online, let us take a look at it because chances are we can build it.

These prices are based solely on our evaluation and do not include material price increase. Once you have decided on a set we will recheck the prices of the lumber and give you a final quote. I have never seen the prices to increase drastically and I have seen the prices to be lower than the quote that was given.
